Tifani Carter is a freelance artist specializing in illustration, watercolor, scratchboard and numerous other mediums. Tifani lives in the Midwest United States with her husband, three kids, and a dog named Winnie. Tifani has completed illustrations for Hilton Publishing, Columbia Business Times, Protocol Publishing, Pfizer Pharmaceutical and many others.
